VVP – Vehicle Verification
Pakistan is an independent, third-party Android application developed by Rashid
Farid Chishti.
This Privacy Policy
explains how VVP handles information when you use the application.
By using VVP, you
acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
VVP – Vehicle
Verification Pakistan is NOT a government application and is not affiliated
with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with the Government
of Pakistan, any provincial government, Excise & Taxation Department, or
any other government authority.
VVP is an independent
application that provides a convenient way for users to access publicly
available vehicle-verification services and information provided by relevant
government authorities.
VVP does not claim
ownership of government information and does not independently verify, modify,
authenticate, or guarantee the accuracy of information returned by government
websites or services.
The respective government
authority remains the authoritative source for vehicle-registration
information.
We aim to collect and
retain only the information necessary to provide the features of VVP.
VVP may allow you to save a
vehicle registration number and an optional personal description on your device
for your convenience.
For example, you may save:

A description or nickname that you choose to
associate with the vehicle
This information is used to
provide the application's saved-vehicle functionality.
We do not require
you to create an account or provide your name, postal address, phone number, or
email address to use the basic vehicle-verification functionality.
If the application does not
transmit your saved vehicle information to our servers, such information
remains stored locally on your device.
Depending on the services
and third-party SDKs integrated into the application, technical information may
be collected automatically. This may include information such as:

VVP –

VVP

vehicle-verification services operated by government authorities.
When you access an external
government website or service through VVP, that website or service may collect

Once you leave VVP or
interact with an external website, the privacy policy and data-handling
practices of that external service apply.
VVP does not control how an
external government website collects, uses, stores, or processes information.

on your device remains there until you remove it through the application, clear
the application's data, or uninstall the application.

Because VVP does not
require a user account for its basic functionality, there is generally no VVP
user account to delete.

storage, transmission method, application, or internet service can be
guaranteed to be completely secure.
